Contributions
This research group devises new quantitative imaging analysis methods and tools to improve understanding of disease behavior and assess treatment response.
I serve as part of the group’s clinical software team, which is responsible for automating, improving, integrating and testing research software tools and processes in order to provide increased efficiency, accuracy, and reliability for safe and efficient operation in a clinical environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement and support integration between Medical Physics research software and commercial image analysis tools.
- Support Medical Physics research by refining, automating and testing image analysis and processing software developed by the team.
- Work in a formal Agile environment, utilizing source control, to support build and package of research software tools.
- Test and support tools in a clinical environment.
