Memorial High School Tour of UW Medical Physics Department

The Medical Physics department hosted 23 high school students from James Madison Memorial High who were enrolled in the Madison Metropolitan School District Personalized Pathways programs and expressed interest in health services. Graduate students and faculty led the high schoolers through four stations focusing on ultrasound, MRI, radiation therapy/CT imaging, and measurement. The experience ended with lunch and the opportunity to ask questions. Thank you to the many graduate student volunteers, faculty, and staff for their help with this event!
